Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your order within 2 business days of purchase, Monday - Friday, with the exceptions of Holidays. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly.  If you have questions about your order, please contact us by email at staci@ridetofood.com.

International Orders - Upon checkout, international shipping fees will be applied to your order total based on size and weight. Please allow 7-15 business days for international orders. Your order will come with a tracking number.

All orders come with tracking numbers. Please understand that once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot make it get to you any faster or slower.

Ride to Food is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address before confirming your order, and use a valid and trusted address to ensure your package makes it to the correct location. Contact your local USPS if there are any issues.
