Shipping

Domestic - Shipping Fees are dependant on weight and supplies used to pack your order. We hate paying for shipping just as much as the next person, so we do our best to keep the cost down. USPS is our preferred shipping provider, and most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving our hands. If your package seems to be lost in shipping abyss, please keep an eye on your tracking number. All Domestic orders are provided a tracking number. It is your responsibility to input the correct email address at checkout to ensure that you receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Free shipping on Domestic Orders is not currently offered for any specific sale amount. At times, we may run sales or specials where your purchase amount may qualify for free shipping.

International - Upon checkout, international shipping fees will be applied to your order total based on size and weight. Please allow 7-15 business days for international orders. Your order will come with a tracking number.

Ride to Food is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address before confirming your order, and use a valid and trusted address to ensure your package makes it to the correct location. Contact your local USPS if there are any issues. 

We do our best to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase, Monday thru Friday. Exceptions may occur. If there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly.  If you have questions about your order, please contact us by email at staci@ridetofood.com.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for non-sale items shipped within the United States. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refunds are only given to damaged products at this time. We do offer store credit for any refund that is not considered a damaged return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must e-mail staci@ridetofood.com prior to sending your order back to us. All orders that arrive without prior knowledge will be returned to the sender without question.

We do not refund, exchange, or offer credit towards orders for buyer’s remorse.

Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Ride to Food does not credit original shipping charges.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded and are final (unless damaged or defective).

International orders (if applicable)
Only orders shipped within the United States may be refunded or exchanged, international orders cannot be refunded and are final (unless damaged or defective).

Exchanges
We only pay for shipping on items both ways if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@ridetofood.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items with a value of over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
